Taste- This product has a great taste. I have tired almost all of them and I found that the Double Rich Chocolate is the best tasting. Does not have too much of a chalky taste to it and most of the time I mixed it with milk to add a little thickness to it.

Mix ability- It does mix well except for with a spoon sometimes it would leave little bits in the bottom. The best way is either a hand mixer or shaker cup but with a shaker cup make sure to shake it well or you will also get the bits in the bottom.

Price- Most discount places you can find this fairly cheap and I think that it is worth what you pay. Yes there are cheaper proteins out there but the quality of this one makes it worth the higher price.

Overall- If you are only taking one supplement it should be this one as protein is needed for any kind physical activity. I highly recommend this product but make sure to get it from a discount supplement store.
